Rodrigo has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, companies’ law and compliance, participated in corporate reorganizations and financing and assisted clients on complex debt restructuring, litigation and arbitration cases.

Leandro is a lawyer with experience in complex commercial advice, complex civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, bankruptcy, corporate and shareholder conflicts. Before associating with A +, Leandro worked in the national commercial justice and first-tier law firms for 30 years.

Macarena is a lawyer recently graduated from University of San Andrés, where she received a scholarship for academic merit based on her high school studies. During her career, she participated as a member of the university team in the International Arbitration Competition held in the city of Bogotá and was the editor of the Legal Magazine.
